Enjoyable and Affordable service.
Unorganized and bad van driver
The guide was polite but sometimes confusing information was given about trip details. Also it’s abvertised as all entrance fee included, but NOT true. 40 B for museum, 50 B for train and drinks at lunch all extra!! The van driver back to BKK was very distracted with phone, drove very unsafe.
Great tour with mixed bags.
It’s a mixed bag. Though the tour guide was great and knowledgeable about the subject, the logistic and organization were a hit and miss. I waited for the pick that did not arrive due to wrong information the tour operator driver gave to the front desk. I ended up getting a cab to the next hotel to catch up with the tour van. The food served for lunch was still cold or warming up when we got there though it was on the warmer trays. This spoiled my appetite even if I was very hungry. The trip back took longer, about 4.5 hours, due to traffic and the driver misunderstandings.
