Day Tour into Japanese Instruments and Chopsticks Making
Experience Japanese craftsmanship first hand! You'll learn about Japanese woodworking and traditional instruments and even get to make your own chopsticks.
Things to prepare for the trip
Casual clothes (or clothing you don't mind getting dirty) Since we use special wood called Koki (Rose wood), the cloth might get the color from the material.
Meet up at Railway Station (Shibuya Station at Hachiko Statue)
Arrive at Mukouyama Instrument Shop; Introduction of the host
Begin chopstick making while hearing introduction to Shamisen and Koto, including stories of their musical history and traditional instrument craftsmanship
