Yes, you can cancel the tour upto 1 hour before the scheduled starting time and get a full refund. You can do so by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
We meet at MRT station Hua Lamphong exit 3 (near ticket office on the station level), at 04.00 PM.
The guide will wait at the meeting point approximately 20-30 minutes before the appointment time. We strongly recommend you to arrive 10-15 mins before the scheduled time.
To respect the other participants, the tour strictly start on time as scheduled. Please keep out for the rain and rush hour traffic in Bangkok! We highly recommend you to come by MRT. If you're later, the tour will begin without you and you are not eligible to receive a deposit refund.
After the booking is confirmed, you can access the insurance form through the link in the booking confirmation email. Once the insurance form is filled, you cannot modify the details. The accident insurance is voluntary and free of charge. Note that, due to the insurance policy, the insurance form is only available if and only if you complete the form by 10PM the day before the tour date.
Comfortable shoes, light clothing, sun protection, and respectful attire for temple visits (shoulders and knees covered). During the rainy season, it's recommended to bring an umbrella or rain poncho.
