Do I need to book the tour in advance?

Yes, due to the limited capacity, we strongly recommend you to book the tour in advance. You can make the booking until 1 hour before the scheduled tour starting time.

Do you accept walk-in?

Due to the booking policy, pre-booking is necessary.

What happens if I don't ask for a refund?

Your deposit will support elephant conservation efforts in the north of Thailand

Where do we meet and what time?

The tour starts from MRT Hua Lamphong Exit 3 (inside the station, near the ticket office), where you will meet your tour guide. However, if you are not sure how to get to the meeting point, our friendly volunteer can assist you. Please be ready 1 hour before the tour starting time.

How can I get free insurance?

After the booking is confirmed, you can access the insurance form through the link in the booking confirmation email. Once the insurance form is filled, you cannot modify the details. The accident insurance is voluntary and free of charge. Note that, due to the insurance policy, the insurance form is only available if and only if you complete the form by 10PM the day before the tour date.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable shoes, light clothing, sun protection, and respectful attire for temple visits (shoulders and knees covered). During the rainy season, it's recommended to bring an umbrella or rain poncho.

What if it rains?

The tour runs rain or shine, so we recommend bringing an umbrella or a rain poncho, especially during the rainy season. (May - September)

How can I get a full refund after finishing the tour?

You can request a full refund within 1 day after the tour ends. For example, if the tour finishes at 18:00 PM on Jan 1, you can submit the request until 23:59 PM on Jan 2. Please request the refund via the link in your booking confirmation email. Note: In case of No Show, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
