I had the best day with Pornpimon; she picked me up from my hotel in the morning and we made our way to the flower market where she showed me around. We then went to her friends shop where she taught me to make different types of Thai flower garlands. I had already been to the temples before, so Pornpimon took me to see some local markets.

I felt like i was shown around Bangkok with a friend, i had the best time with the best company :) Definitely a highlight of my trip and I learnt alot.

タイのトラディショナルであるマーライ作りを体験できる、というツアーを探していて、見つけたのがこちらでした。なかなかそういうツアーが無くて、見つけたときはとても、嬉しかったです。

そして、当日。ホテルまでピックアップに来てくれました。移動は徒歩と電車と船！市場まで電車に乗ったり、お花を市場で買う工程、そのときにタイの方の生活が垣間見れるのがとても楽しい体験でした。

マーライの作成はマーライだけにとどまらず、パンダンリーフで作るバラやクラウンフラワーのフラワーボールなど、様々なクラフトを教えて頂き、とても刺激的でした！
