May was great and we thought she provided a good balance of giving enough information but not inundating us with facts. She was friendly and informative and we felt safe with her on the hike up the waterfall. She took pictures with our phone camera which was helpful so we cld focus on enjoying the trip. Thanks again for a memorable experience!!
