Let us help you with our luggage delivery service from any Bangkok area hotels to Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK). You may walk freely to any local attraction, shopping mall, or restaurant, or you can even carry just your laptop for an important meeting before your flight. Don't worry your luggages will not be lost! We offer up to 100,000 THB insurance on your belongings.
How it works
1. Make a booking at least 2 hours before your luggage drop-off time 2. Drop off your luggage at your hotel’s reception 3. Pick up your luggage at the airport within 24 hours after your drop-off time
Normal Delivery
Only 2 drop-off periods every day (6 hours of delivery time): • If you drop off your luggage before 9 a.m., you can pick it up from 3 p.m. onwards • If you drop off your luggage before 12 p.m., you can pick it up from 6 p.m. onwards • If you drop off your luggage after 12 p.m., you can pick it up after 3 p.m. of the next day
Express Delivery
• Fastest delivery time of only 4 hours • If you drop off your luggage between 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., you can pick it up 4 hours after your drop off-time • If you drop off your luggage after 7 p.m., your luggage can be picked up at 8 a.m. the next day
Additional Information
• The confirmation email will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed • Present the confirmation email and your passport to the staff at the Airportel counter at the airport • If you collect the luggage at the airport later than 24 hours after the drop-off time, an additional charge will be applied (100 THB/day/piece) and has to be paid directly to the staff
