How long can I deposit?
• You can deposit up to 24 hrs. *Additional time charge of 100THB/day/luggage will incur to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs staff when pick-up at the counter.
Where I can deposit my luggage?
• Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) B Floor, Airport Rail Link - Open Daily 24 hours • Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Terminal 2, 1st Floor, Gate 9 - Open Daily 24 hours • MBK Shopping Center 6th Floor, B Zone (Closed to Food Island food court) Open Daily 10 am. – 10 pm. • Terminal 21 1st Floor, Japan zone (Right above H&M clothing) - Open Daily 10 am – 10 pm. • Central World 1st Floor, Groove zone (Closed to Tourist information counter) - Open Daily 10 am. – 10 pm.
Additional Information
• The confirmation email will be sent to you after your booking is completed. • Present the confirmation email and your passport to the staff at the Airportel Counter • You can deposit and pick up your luggages only at the same location • Service charge might be applied 200 THB/day/piece if your luggage is larger than 1 metre, and heavier than 25 kgs
