Arrive at the Ya-ne-sen (from first syllable of the three areas YAnaka, NEzu, and SENdagi) district of Tokyo and visit the nearby greengrocer to select vegetables
Begin the cooking session
Observe how an expert cook, or Itamae cooks
Cook a Japanese rolled omelet
Cook deep-fried tofu and vegetables
