Start our exercise at Lumphini Park, which is the most popular park for locals and expats to exercise and jog. The park is full of fresh air, old trees and big pond, at the same time surrounded by high-rises.

We will enjoy a fun morning jog together. The length of the jogging is around 2.5 km per round at this park. I usually do a 2-rounds jog as a start of my day. But no worries, we will go at your preferred pace :)! Bangkok also offers a variety of foods since the morning. I will show you what there are to offer and we can begin our tasty breakfast.
