What should I do if my flight delayed?
- Meeting (Domestic Flight) Waiting maximum 1 hrs only if not show up full charge. - Meeting (International Flight) Waiting time maximum 2 hrs if not show up full charge. - Transfer (Point to Point), Transfer OUT (Hotel to Airport) and City Tour In case of customer is not punctual. Guest doesn’t show up after meeting time 20 mins (charge an extra 300 Baht). - Sending out to Airport in case The driver to be late 30 minutes, The customers go by Taxi we refund full amount for taxi only.

Booking cannot be canceled, refunded, changed or rescheduled under any circumstances.
How To Use
- Please present either mobile or printed voucher for entry. - Actual pick up time will be sent via separate email. Please arrive at least 15 mins earlier than the schedule pick up time.
