Transfer from Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang Airport to Bangkok Hotel by Private Car

General Information

Rate is all inclusive: fuel, all expressway, tolls, all applicable government taxes, all parking fees.

Pickup Location

Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK): The staff will show the sign with guest name and wait between Gate 3-4 on the arrival floor. Don Meuang airport (DMK): The staff will show the sign with guest name and wait at Gate 3 for international flights or Gate 11 for domestic flights on the arrival floor.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Capacity

Capacity up to 3 passengers with maximum 3 big baggages.

Condition

- Flight Delay: The driver will monitor the guest's flight status and wait for up to 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time at no additional charge. - If the flight is delayed by more than 4 hours, guests are requested to contact TakeMeTour as soon as possible at support@takemetour.com. - If guests arrive more than 4 hours late without notifying TakeMeTour at least 1 day in advance, an additional transfer fee equivalent to the original booking price will apply.

Advance Booking

Bookings should be made at least 6 hours in advance. *Requests made less than 6 hours in advance are subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
