How do I know that takemetour.com is safer than others?
Because your safety is our priority, TakeMeTour strictly applies our Local Expert screening procedure. To become a part of our Local Expert team, each Local Expert candidate is required to undergo a rigorous background check. This includes submitting information and uploading ID card, phone number, bank book, and criminal record check. You can rest assured and feel safe throughout your tour.
Once you completes the payment with the world-class platform, the trip fee will be held by the system and transferred to your Local Expert after the trip day. TakeMeTour will make sure that you are satisfied with your trip before transferring the trip fee to the Local Expert.
How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, you could visit ‘Edit Your Profile’ then select ‘Settings’ to change your password.
What can I do if I forgot a password?
If you forgot your password, please click ‘forgot your password’. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email immediately and you can change your password.
