Hello, my name is Maitree, and my nickname is Koh! I’m from Bangkok, but I was born in Nonthaburi where is close to Bangkok! I’m a researcher in the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR). My research field is agriculture. I'm working with the Thai government in improving the country's organic agricultural products. I can speak Thai and English! Now, I’m a new dad. So, I like to spend time with my family and, I'm interested in how to be a good daddy! And of course, I can cook many Thai dishes because I love cooking! The most convenient way of receiving news from TakeMeTour for me is through my E-mail! I have a 7 seater car, and sometimes, I bring my wife or my friends to join the tour and I always tell the tourist before hand! My strong points that set me apart from others are my combination of sight seeing and cooking classes in my trips. The tourist can experience the local lifestyle by seeing and doing things through a hands-on experience! I'm also very passionate to share with you my family's simple lifestyle and our secret Pad Thai recipe which is unique to most!

Maitree was very knowledgeable about the local cuisine, food products and the local flowers. The boat tour was enjoyable and we had a lot of fun. The lunch was a great sampling of the local cooking. Would highly recommend this tour!

Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market & Pad Thai Cooking with Grandma's Recipe

We loved this trip! Maitree was an excellent guide and host. He went out of his way to show us a wonderful time touring the floating markets, making sure we had enough time to enjoy ourselves and to sample all of the street food available. The pad Thai cooking lesson was wonderful and so special to be invited into the home of a local resident. Not only did he show us the traditional method of making pad Thai, but he also prepared a soup and dessert for us ahead of time He went above and beyond as a tour guide and we had an unforgettable experience. Highly highly recommend! Thank you:)
