The guide was engaged and had a good knowledge about the spots. We also offered to provide additional tips about the city and recommended spots. He was kind and attentive. We had minor moments when we struggled to understand certain explanations because of the language but this is normal.

Our feedback is more concerning about the way the tour is advertised: “private AC car”. We took Grab, boat and walked which we understood was more efficient also given the proximity of the locations however it is recommended that the description is updated for guests to set the right expectations.
