We found this tour online via a blog that some foodie tourists made, and they described it as a one of a kind experience. And they were SPOT ON! This was the most amazing cooking class full of learning about the food, culture, and people. Lin is the sweetest host, and actually let’s you do the hard work to prepare the meals. After preparing several unbelievable dishes, you get to sit down with Lin and talk about anything and everything. It was so fun to discuss the differences and similarities about where we are from. Lin also takes you to the market in the morning where you get to hand pick Ingredients that will be used during the day. She sends you off with a recipe book that we will most definitely use. We couldn’t be happier that we found this experience with Lin. It is so much better than any tour guides cooking class. It is a personal experience that my wife and I will remember forever! Thank you Lin!!!

Cooking with Panphailin was an amazing experience! We've learn a lot about Lanna kitchen and plants and herbs. We've learn about their culture. We improved our cooking skills. We've made new friendships. That was beautiful and long day! I recommend this trip.

Lyn was a very friendly, warm, host with so much knowledge about food, cooking and technique.
Her course is fantastic for those that really love Lana cuisine (it included cooking over hot coals) or who want a really cool cooking experience.
The food we made with lyn was some of the best we’ve had in Chiang Mai, even better than restaurants because you are making the pastes and preparing the dishes fresh.
I would highly recommend the course to anyone visiting Chiang Mai as it has been a highlight of my trip. Not only do you get to make and eat delicious food, but you also get to learn all about Lanna cuisine, history and culture with the very knowledgeable and funny Lyn!
Thank you so much Lyn! We had an amazing day. If we’re ever in Chiang Mai we will definitely return to make more delicious meals.
