Our experienced instructors will then take you through all the steps of learning to surf.
you'll have a chance to ask questions and practice on the sand before you go into the water.
Your personal belongings can be left safe at the surf school while you go surfing.

It's good to have at least a basic level of fitness to help you enjoy your surf experience. The best way to prepare your body is just be active & move your whole body including doing squats & push-ups. On the day bring Water & Sunscreen
