Ayutthaya from Bangkok: Temples & Home-Cooked Tom Yum Kung at Shrimp Farm

★★★★★★★★★★

A fantastic trip!

Mai is really great and this trip is a perfect way to see a much more local side of Thailand. Ayutthaya is stunning but also very touristy so getting to also see the local way of life in Suphanburi gives this itinerary a great balance. Oh, and Mai's cooking is fantastic! The tom yum soup is made entirely with ingredients from right there on the farm. If you're into cooking you can be right there in the kitchen with her helping out and learning, or you can explore the beautiful lotus ponds and rice fields around the area. A really great day out!

★★★★★★★★★★

What a great day!

Mai was a great guide for the day! Constantly making sure that I was ok and didn’t need anything. Her knowledge was great and was just a very friendly person.

If you get the chance to taste some of her cooking, you will not regret it, her food is amazing!

I have definitely found a friend in Mai and will definitely tour with her again when I’m back In Thailand!
