Thai Fun: Taling Chan Floating Market with Thai Puppet Show
Meets Tofu, an adorable Pomeranian who love traveling and will eager to show you the floating Market, try a lot of traditional food, take a sightseeing boat trip along a lovely canal to the Thai Artist house where you can chill out or see the show :D
Why this trip?
This is not gonna be a business trip. I've lived in Bangkok for all my life, and I love to chill out on the weekend with my owner at the Talingchan floating market. I knew all the trick, toy and everything about our local trip. You will have fun.
How local is it?
Talingchan Floating market is one of the real local markets in Bangkok. You can find many flavorful traditional foods here, some of them are quite rare to find, such as Miang-Kham or Look-chup.
What makes it unique?
Pretty unique as there is a little local community that you can explore, or you might want to paint a plaster model or write a postcard to your friends.
Meet up at BTS Station (Saphan Taksin)
Talingchan Floating market is one of the real local markets in Bangkok (you see, my owner and I really love to be there), you can find many flavorful traditional foods here, some of them are quite rare to find, such as Miang-Kham or Look-chup
After lunch, a sightseeing boat to Artist house is waiting for you, now you can enjoy the scene along the small canal, seeing traditional Thai house, feeling fresh air and splash of water. (with Coconut smoothies in your hand, it is an ideal!)
At the artist house, you can choose either see the Thai puppet show or just sit down, chill out and relax. There is a little local community that you can explore, or you might want to paint a plaster model or write postcard to your friends.
After we take a boat back to the floating market (stop by for fish feeding) or just stay longer and take taxi, it's your choice. And, it's time to say good-bye.
However, let discuss after that where do you want to go next, maybe she will take you to find some local restaurant for dinner or to Khao-san road. All after the trip is FREE of charge, but this is depending on my owner though. :P
